There seemed to be nothing amiss in yesterday's episode of "Eat Bulaga," but there is growing speculation that long-time sweethearts Pia Guanio and Vic Sotto have indeed broken up.

Many anticipated an announcement from either Pia or Vic in last Sunday's episode of "Showbiz Central," but the talk show ended without a word  on the issue.

Observers noticed that the two are no longer as sweet as they used to be. "There seems to be friction. You can read their body language,"  said Ricky Lo's informant.

Ricky Lo asked thru a text message if indeed, the couple has called it quits, to which Pia replied, "We're good."

But in Ruffa Gutierrez' birthday party, Pia was overheard asking somebody to update her Facebook status to "single." Pia said this is not true, but she has finally admitted that yes, there is a dark cloud  looming over the couple. "Hoping sana to fix things quietly, " she said to Ricky Lo in a text message.

Fans would be dismayed if indeed they are no longer "In a relationship." Someone divulged to Dolly Ann Carvajal that Vic has become a better "Bossing" since he and Pia became an item. "Pia was able to control Vic’s habit of giving money to anyone who would come to him for help,” said the insider.

In Pia Guanio's Facebook page, vigilant fans could not help but scrutinize how the two behaved in their noontime show. "Hindi sila nagpapansinan," a netizen noted.

Many "Pianatics," however, would rather have "good vibes and think positive," and are taking comfort in the fact that Vic once declared that Pia will be the last woman in his life. "Hindi naman laru-laro lang ito. Kaya kayo nagkakaroon ng relationship para sa kinabukasan nyo rin," Bossing said in an interview last year.

"Mr. M" is the special man in Rufa Mae Quinto's life, according to her interview in Showbiz Central last Sunday.

The public immediately assumed that Mr. M is no other than Mikey Arroyo, after Rufa Mae admitted she indeed had dinner with the Arroyo family in Malacanang. "Anong masama?," she challenged.

This is not the first time that Rufa Mae and Mikey Arroyo have been rumored to be romantically involved. The two were spotted last year aboard the same plane bound for Hongkong, which Rufa Mae said was purely coincidental. "Huwag na nating bigyan ng malisya," she pleaded.

Then Mo Twister posted on Twitter that the two were engaged which the Motormouth immediately squashed as a mere joke. Nevertheless, Rufa Mae was miffed. "Bastos siya!," she said.

Now all fingers still point to Mikey Arroyo as her non-showbiz mystery beau especially since previous clues mentioned that "Mr. M" hails from powerful family in Pampanga.

The sexy actress may soon be "Mrs. M," what with plans to hold the wedding in Amanpulo or Paris. But she decided to be coy when asked for the date of her walk down the aisle. "Time will reveal, " she said.

Speculations are rife that wedding plans are now taking concrete form following on the heels of an alleged divorce between Mikey and wife, Angela Montenegro.

The actress neither confirmed nor denied that she and the former vice-governor are soon to exchange vows. Instead, she told fellow Showbiz Central hosts to grill the politician. "Kung gusto nyong tanungin si Mikey Arroyo, tanungin nyo siya," she replied.

Kris is ending her marriage with James Yap not because her heart now belongs to someone else. "I can say that I have been 100 percent FAITHFUL in the five years of our marriage," Kris said in a text message to Ricky Lo.

The Queen of all Media declares that she has never cheated to James nor the men she has had relationships with. "Wala sa track record ko ang magloko."

"I don’t think my soon-to-be ex can say the same thing," Kris said, in reference to James Yap's alleged liasons with other women.

James Yap, however, remains unperturbed of his wife's determination to be rid of him. " Ipaglalaban ko ang pagsasama ng pamilya natin. At sa tulong ng Diyos, alam kong malalampasan natin ang pagsubok na ito!," was Yap's response to Kris' announcement on The Buzz. It was revealed that Yap's B-Meg Derby teammates held a pray-over for James prior to the release of his official statement.

In an interview with TV Patrol, James admitted that he is moving heaven and earth to woo his wife back while giving her time and space to rethink her decision to leave him.

Fans are also rallying behind the couple, all in firm belief that Kris and James will overcome this hurdle. In a Facebook fan page put up in support of the two, netizens posted their unwavering faith that the couple wil be able to patch things up. "Away mag-asawa lang yan," a fan wrote. "I am hoping for a reconciliation," another fan posted.
