Exactly ten days after winning the Best Actress award in the Oscars this year, America’s sweetheart Sandra Bullock has reportedly moved out of the home she shared with husband of 5 years, Monster Garage host Jesse James.
She admitted to steady romps with James, Bullock’s motorcycle man husband, but insists James told her that his 5-year old marriage to Bullock is over. "I asked him, ‘What’s going on with you and Sandra?’ He said, ‘She doesn’t live here. She has a house in Austin. She is filming, and I can’t talk about it,’” McGee said.
"I would never have hooked up with him if I thought he was a married man," McGee told In Touch Weekly. "He gave me the impression they were separated." Mc Gee revealed that the affair of the two started when Bullock was in Atlanta to film “The Blind Side.”
Looking back, James and Bullock met when the latter arranged for her 10-year old godson, to tour the set of Monster Garage. The two went dating for 7 months starting December 2003 until they got engaged in July 2004. And finally, in July 16, 2005, they tied the knot at Folded Hills Ranch in Solvang, California.
Their marriage was pure bliss and Bullock was even quoted saying “Thankfully I married someone who loves me just the way I am and all the nuttiness that goes into me. As long as he reads his four newspapers in the morning and drinks one French-press coffee. He has to get through those things before he can handle me. I also know what I need to handle him. My greatest joy is making our home what it’s supposed to be. Being a good wife, a good stepmom, a good current wife to the ex-wife. We’re a family. No matter how crazy our home is, does he walk in at the end of each day glad to be home?” This was in March 1, 2009.
A year after, news of their split was all over when Bullock abruptly cancelled her plans to walk the red carpet the London premiere of “The Blind Side” for which she won the Best Actress Oscar on March 7. Warner Brothers expressed that “Due to unforeseen personal reasons, a trip abroad to support ‘The Blind Side’ has been deemed impossible at this time.”
The rumours of Jesse James’ infidelity on his wife have resurrected talks about the so-called ‘Oscars curse’, whereby many of women who won the Oscar’s Best Actress award have separated or divorced from their partners after getting the honour.
Some believe that there are darker reasons behind this humiliation. A long-time professional colleague claims that Janine Lindemulder – James’ ex-wife is behind all these. “Jesse and Janine hated each other, and remember, there was that horrible custody fight.” Be it known that James was awarded custody over the couple’s child and Lindemulder went to prison for tax evasion, battled drug recovery and was labelled an “unfit” parent by James.
Bullock’s colleague continued, “They are the same person,” referring to Lindemulder and McGee, “tattoed, the porn, the same conniving...I know they know each other – Janine got Michelle to do this out of revenge, I promise you.”
While this may be a harsh accusation, we do not know if it is real, for sure.
Just because both of them do porn for a living and love to ink their bods doesn’t mean they are scheming against James and Bullock.
Jesse James already broke his silence and apologized to Bullock and his children. To quote his statement, "The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded. Beyond that, I will not dignify these private matters with any further public comment.”
"There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me. It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.
"This has caused my wife and kid’s pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me."
Fans voiced dismay over this public apology. “Oh Boy! Not another public 'apology for my misdeeds'. I'm getting sick of all the screwed up men apologizing for hurting their loved ones as they satisfied their lust. I am nauseated by all the depraved, trashy women, my sisters, who have sold their souls for sex with someone else's husband. Not only did Jesse disrespect Sandra and his children, he also disrespected himself by cheating with another sick sister.”
While other fans are merely satisfied in expressing their concern online, some went as far as visiting James’ workplace. "They're camping outside the gate trying to look in and see him," the witness says.
