Julian arrives home only to discover that Jasmine has left them because of what happened in the movie house. Acting on his instinct, he rushes to try to bring Jasmine back. He wakes up his mother and grandfather all of a sudden. After Don Greg shouts for Jasmine's name she then pops out of her room. It turns out she is only trying to get even with Julian for what he did to her.

The next morning, Jasmine goes to Julian's office to receive the full payment for the service that she has done in accordance with their original plan. With the money now in her hands, she immediately meets up with Asyong, the man who lent her and her father money. But Julian decides to accompany her to secure her safety. When Julian hands out the money to Asyong, the latter teases Jasmine that she is lucky to have a boyfriend like him. Julian retorts by saying that he was just forced to be with her.

When Julian makes a proposal to the board members, he is questioned by Nico's mother about the plans he has prepared. Tessie persuades the members not to agree with Julian's plan but to try to think it over. She is doing this to bring down Julian's presidency of the company. After the meeting, Julian goes home feeling down and with the help of his mother grandfather's idea, Jasmine and Julian go to Quezon province the next morning to help him acquire peace of mind and to offer prayers at the grave of Hannah's mother. Anika then shows up at Julian's office the day he is to leave with Jasmine. Her purpose is to insist on her feeling for Julian but as she is walking, a crowd mobs her which causes her beloved necklace to get destroyed.

Julian gets to appreciate Jasmine with her happy-go-lucky attitude while they are on their way to Quezon. Her prayers showed him that she really is a kind person. Traveling back home, Jasmine insists that they must go home with longganisa (sausage) so they drive around until they almost run out of gas. Julian decides to ask a local while Jasmine goes to the bathroom. With the two of them outside the car, the car automatically locks with Julian's money and cellphone inside it.

With no other option, the two walk until Jasmine sees a fiesta. When the town captain sees the strangers and after they explain what happened, the captain allows the two to stay for the night. Jasmine sees the feast as an opportunity to enjoy herself and makes Julian dance and sing with her. Despite thinking that he looks silly, Julian enjoys himself well. S
