LGBT groups celebrate May 17 IDAHO

LGBT communities around the world are coming together today for the celebration of IDAHO or International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia. Originally launched in 2004, it was the year after sustained campaign efforts when about 24,000 people worldwide with the support of  international organizations like ILGA, IGLHRC, the World Congress of LGBT Jews, the Coalition of African Lesbians had signed the appeal to support the initiative.
