Five wise investments for a first-time mom

Most first-time parents, moms especially, are excited to purchase things for their baby. I can relate because I’m a first-time mom myself. Some of them buy baby items as soon as they get confirmation from their doctor that they are pregnant. Some wait until after their baby shower. And there are the very eager moms who buy baby stuff even before any sign or confirmation that they are pregnant.

But no matter what kind of mom you are, I’m confident that those raging hormones and emotions inside you are always telling you to buy something for your little one whenever you see a baby shop. Before you give in to those raging hormones and emotions and before you end up buying more than the mittens, booties and receiving blankets your baby would need, let me share with you five things I chose to spend our money on and my reasons why I believe they were wise investments.
