Yesterday, we published a statement by Research and Motion's CEOs saying that Apple was being disingenuous .   It was most certainly something they had to say.  Legally, they needed to dot the I's and cross the T's, right?

Heaven forbid someone is actually right on these Internets.  You know?

The sky is dark gray. The rain has stopped falling and for now, at least it's only drizzling. I'm drafting this sitting lazily, foot up by the patio on an iPod touch. Aside from annoying flies, the setting would have been perfect. Oh, flies and that and there has been no electricity for hours now....
