Puey Quiñones may be more remembered by issues that rocked his career last year, but he has made quite a name in the local fashion design industry more than a decade ago. Aside from his elite clientele and in-demand bridal and wedding creations, he is also known for spearheading the workshop Project Bilibid Runway.
It is not uncommon for local artists and entrepreneurs to work with inmates of the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa, but with a fashion scandal still beleaguering him, Puey's four-year-old project appears to be his saving grace.
