Rhoda is the editor-in-chief of People’s Digest Newsweekly, a community newspaper based in Dagupan City with general circulation in Pangasinan and Northern Luzon. Before she joined the local media industry, she was a high school teacher in English Communication Arts and Journalism from 1986 to 1997 at Pangasinan Universal Institute, a Chinese school in Dagupan City. She blogs at http://timeandtide.prepys.com and also renders freelance writing services for the web. She is 54 years old and a mother to two sons and one daughter.

Rhoda is non-partisan. However, she is a staunch supporter of Atty. Raul Lambino, who is running for senator under the Lakas-Kampi CMD banner.
