Jerry blogs from Cebu and a proud member of Cebu Bloggers Society. He works as Product Planning Manager in a software company. He studied Mass Communication but chose to teach and train campus writers before shifting to  technical writing, then to web product management career.

He completed training on Millennium Development Goals (MDG) as
Election Issues from Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism (PCIJ) in cooperation with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), End Poverty 2010 Millennium Campaign; and on Covering Automated Elections and Uncovering Campaign Finance also from PCIJ with support from United States Agency International Development (USAID) and International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES).

He has strong interest on Mindanao affairs and Cebu's history, culture, and politics. He advocates against narco-politics and political dynasties.

He writes on his "little notebook" and shares only few pages of it. He writes at Third Wave and Ambot lang! to share his thoughts to everyone.
