Almost is not good enough

“All means 100 percent”. The second goal of the Millennium Development Goals, which is also a goal of the Education for All (EFA), is to achieve the universal primary education all over the world.

This is to ensure that by 2015 all children will be able to complete a full course of the primary education worldwide. An estimated 114 million children around the world of primary school age who are not in school.

When the millennium development goals were launched there have been many successes in developing countries that have successfully completed a campaign towards universal primary education. According to this, many struggling countries can learn and gradually more and more countries will be added to the list of those who have successfully achieved the goal of the universal primary education. Children of school age all over the country now have more access to basic education.

Achieving the universal primary education is also giving a chance for every child around the world to study and succeed in their schooling careers which happens to be the one of the goals that should be implemented by 2015.

A brief narrative description of the journal article, document, or resource.Achievement of the second goal of the Millennium Development Goals, achieving the universal primary education, by 2015 is crucial, as education is one of the most powerful instruments for reducing poverty and inequality and for laying the foundation for sustained economic growth, effective institutions, and sound governance.

By analyzing education policies and financing patterns in relatively high-performing countries, the study identifies a new policy and financing framework for fast global progress in primary education.

The study emphasizes that worldwide attainment of universal primary education by 2015 will necessitate a stronger combination of political will, deep and sustained reform, faster dissemination of best practices, and intensified financial effort.

Since 1990 the world has promised that all children would be able to complete a full course of primary education. There is still much to be done and it could be done the soonest possible time

To the organizers of the online contest, we thought that the results would be out today as you told all advisers po yesterday?

Hello Mr. Titus,

The results would not be out today, as they would have to be sent to the Department of Education. The winners will be announced by DepEd at the awarding ceremonies on Thursday.

We said that the articles would be on the website by today at the latest.

Thank you very much! Sorry if we weren't clear regarding the release of the results.
