The Colegio de San Juan de Letran Knights reigned in Season 85 of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), winning its ninth NCAA overall title.
The Intramuros-based school collected 325 points, with titles in men's volleyball, chess, tennis, and men's beach volleyball.
Coming at a close second place are last season's overall champions De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Blazers, with 321.6 points. The Blazers won the football trophy and ruled the women's division with the table tennis and badminton crowns.
At third place are the San Sebastian College-Recoletos (SSC-R) Stags (306 points), who topped the basketball, track and field, and women's volleyball tournaments.
Season 85 hosts San Beda Red Lions settled for fourth place, scoring 289 points with titles in taekwondo, swimming, and men's table tennis.
At fifth place are the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta (UPHSD) Altas, scoring 213 points with a championship trophy in women's beach volleyball.
The Mapua Institute of Technology Cardinals (153.6 points) and the Jose Rizal University (JRU) Heavy Bombers (129 points) rounded up the regular team roster, landing at seventh and eighth place, respectively. Guest teams Arellano University Chiefs (156 points), Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) Generals (90.6 points), and Pampanga-based Angeles University Foundation (AUF) Great Danes (82 points) settled for sixth, ninth, and last place, respectively.
In the juniors' division, the SSC-R Staglets were the overall champions with 295 points. They are followed by the De La Salle-Greenhills Greenies (280 points); UPHSD Altalettes (233 points); San Beda Red Cubs (223 points), Letran Squires (197 points); EAC Baby Generals (93 points); Malayan High School of Science Red Robins (78 points); JRU Light Bombers (64 points); Arellano Baby Chiefs (60 points); and the AUF Baby Danes (57 points).
In the NCAA, there are no women's tournaments in basketball, chess, taekwondo, tennis, swimming, track and field, and football, and no men's tournament in badminton.
The Knights last won the overall crown in the 2003-2004 season.
