Farrah Fawcett, most popularly known for her role as Jill Munroe in the 1970s TV series Charlie's Angels, died at the age of 62 at a Santa Monica Hospital on Thursday.
Fawcett had been battling cancer since 2006, when it was discovered that she had a malignant rectal polyp. By the time of her death, the cancer had spread to her liver.
"She's gone,” said long-time partner Ryan O'Neal. “She now belongs to the ages ... She's now with her mother and sister and her God...She was in and out of consciousness. I talked to her all through the night. I told her how very much I loved her. She's in a better place now."
