Hayden Kho has asked for forgiveness for the dissemination of certain sex videos showing him with several women, but maintains that he had nothing to do with it.

"I deplore the fact that without my knowledge and consent, these recordings were uploaded on the Internet, downloaded, reproduced in optical media form, distributed and sold to the public," GMAnews.tv quotes his official statement.

Actress Katrina Halili, who filed a complaint against Kho because she was one of the women in the videos, was not impressed by Kho's apology, or by his statement that he was suspending his medical practice because of the scandal.

"Naku dapat lang naman talaga [It's about time]," Halili commented.

Speculations have arisen concerning Kho's state of mind, especially when a friend of Dr. Vicki Belo, his former lover, has stated that he was given psychiatric counselling upon Belo's insistence. Kho had attempted to commit suicide in December last year after he and Belo split up because of Halili.
