VIDEO NEWS: Resistance against demolition continues in QC

Informal residents along BIR and Agham Roads in North and East Triangles, Quezon City continue protesting against the demolition of their settlements by government forces, including the Philippine National Police. The settlements are being demolished to give way for the lucrative Quezon City Central Business District (QC-CBD) project.

Street clashes between residents and government forces occurred in September last year. Violence once again erupted along BIR Road in November 2011.
