A shallow low-pressure
area is expected
to bring rain to many parts of the country, including Metro
Manila, according to Pag-asa.
Luzon, Western Visayas and Mindanao will be prone to cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Only the extreme portion of Northern Luzon will have clear skies, Pag-asa said.
Twitter posts on SONA protest rallies throughout the country have already reported rain in Cebu City and at the Batasang Pambansa on Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City.
