The finalists for the General Nonfiction category are: Everyday Warriors: The Faces and Stories of Breast Cancer (eds. Cathy Paras-Lara and Jay Lara, Ah, Wilderness! A Journey Through Sacred Time by Simeon Dumdum Jr, A Taste of Home: Pinay Expats and Food Memories (eds. Edgar B. Maranan and Len S. Maranan-Goldstein), Belonging: Stories of Relationships (ed. Erlinda Enriquez Panlilio), and The Flip Reader: Being a Greatest Hits Anthology from Flip: the Official Guide to World Domination (ed. Jessica Zafra).
The finalists for the Poetry Category are: Kalahati at Umpisa Mga Tula by Rebecca T. Añonuevo, Chiaroscuro: Poems by Joel M. Toledo, The Gods We Worship Live Next Door by Bino A Realuyo, and The Proxy Eros by Mookie Katigbak.
Trese: Unreported Murders, story by Budjette Tan and art by Kajo Baldisimo, is the sole finalist for the Graphic Literature category.
