There are cases of electioneering in Batangas, but no way to pinpoint the origins of the campaign materials being distributed.

Two sets of sample ballots that bear the name of the AGAP party list were being given out near the gates of precinct 39A in Sto. Tomas, Batangas this morning.

One of the ballots had no suggested option for President, while the other had Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino's name shaded. Mar Roxas was shaded for both sample ballots.

A sample ballot marked with a vote for party list Buhay was also seen being given away at the gate. The suggested options are as follows:

President: Manuel "Manny" Villar

Vice President: Loren Legarda

Senators:

Silvestre Bello III, Ramon Revilla, Pia Cayetano, Ramon Guico Jr., Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos, Ramon "Mon-mon" Mitra, Susan "Toots" Ople, Rodolfo Plaza, Ariel Querubin, Gilbert Remulla, Vicente Sotto III, Adel Tamano

Congressman: Arsenic Laurel (Nacionalista Party)

Governor: Arman Sanchez - replaced by wife Edna (Nacionalista Party)
